The Milpitas Post - Public Library

Milpitas Public Library, 160 N. Main St., held a celebration on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 11 a.m. for the community to mark the start of extended hours that went into effect on Jan. 3. Charity and the JAMband celebrates with  everyone with song and dance.  In September Milpitas City Council voted to fund an additional 17 hours each week in the library’s schedule. The new hours are Monday through Thursday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday through Sunday 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
